Job Description
I am currently looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join an Electrical Company in South Leeds on a permanent basis to start immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for a team of engineers looking after their diaries and scheduling their workload
- Dealing with any facility issues from clients ensuring an exceptional service
- Logging and raising jobs on the system
- Ordering parts for the engineers
- Making clients aware of what times the engineers will be with them and ensuring they are updated throughout the process
- Raising purchase order numbers
- Processing Invoices
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships
- Producing reports using Excel
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Scheduling experience. Excellent customer service skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. A keen eye for detail with excellent organization skills. The ability to priorities workload effectively and efficiently. A confident communicator over the telephone and in person. Experienced on Excel and producing reports. An excellent work ethic. A flexible approach and happy to work shifts.
