The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team delivering an effective, professional administrative and secretariat support service for managers and staff across the UEC Transformation team.
This will include for example:
Preparation of meetings, agendas and capturing Minutes (taking appropriate follow-up action as required).
Supporting the team with the delivery of ad-hoc projects and tasks e.g. gathering and collating information and undertaking enquiries as and when required.
Providing general administrative support including handling correspondence.
Managing the team’s shared inboxes - prioritizing, actioning and distributing emails from these as appropriate.
Supporting the team with recruitment, including activities related to the “trac” system.
Diary management.
The post holder will be a conscientious self-starter, extremely organized and able to meet competing deadlines under pressure. A common-sense approach to work is important, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The post holder will be required to have a good level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 particularly Word, Teams, Excel and Outlook.
