Our clients are currently recruiting for a commercial real estate services company. The company's is among the largest commercial real estate services firms with revenues of $8.2 billion in 2018. The firm operates in approximately 400 offices and 70 countries, has approximately 51,000 employees and manages 3.6 billion square foot. The organisation has operated within the EMEA region for 29 years, with roots in the UK and 16 markets specifically. The company work as a collective of commercial property experts from the different disciplines within real estate to provide their clients with the benefits of comprehensive knowledge and experience when it comes to commercial property investment and management.

They are currently looking to recruit a Statutory Reporting Accountant for their London based team. The role will report directly into the Financial Controller for UK & Ireland. As part of your role, you will manage the UK group audit (Interim & Final) and statutory audit processes, including co-ordination between KPMG, the FSC (Finance Service Centre) in India. You will lead the preparation and review of Statutory Financial Statements in the UK and support the Corporation tax computation process that is owned by the in-house Tax department. As part of your role, create efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes and assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as they arise.

Salary and Requirements:

£60-70k plus further benefits. All applicants must be fully qualified and come from a practice background with audit experience. Post qualified experience in industry withing a financial accounting role is highly desired but not a prerequisite.
