Job Description

The role is pivotal in the sales department and is our face to customers on a daily basis as well as a direct support for the external sales team.
Day to day activity :
- Order entry - inputting orders on the system
- Order acknowledgement and confirmation to customers plus chasing leads and sending quotes
- Some internal account management
- Data entry and some data control required
- Complaint raising when required
- Pricing and liaising with the external sales team including customer price list
- Supporting the external sales team as and when required
- Proactive team working throughout all departments


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good Microsoft office skills in particular excel and use of outlook - Good communication and interpersonal skills including a good telephone manner - Ability to work as an individual as well as within a team
