Job Description
We are looking for looking for an experienced pensions administrator who may currently be working within a pension provider, platform or wealth management employer.
This role is situated within a key function of the Operations team where the team take huge pride in delivering a quality service within deadlines, acting efficiently at all times.
Team work is integral to the team and the results.
Within the client services team - duties will include
- Providing excellent customer services to Adviser businesses and networks, dealing with all enquiries and requests in an efficient manner
- Liaising with parties to chase outstanding documents
- Daily banking of cheques, collating payments
- Supporting on all adviser administration in a timely manner
- Processing of new investments - working with accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Wider Business administration to include team meetings and ad-hoc project work
- Supporting personal development, adhering to FCA guidelines and TCF principles
