Job Description

The role of an Administrator;

* To offer administrative support to our customers
* To provide a high level of customer service at all times
* To manage a busy email inbox assisting clients with their enquiries
* To manage inbound and outbound calls to our customer base
* To offer first line support to existing or new customers
* To manage invoice queries
* To communicate with our technicians and other departments within the business


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Will have good administration skills * Will have customer service experience * To be confident dealing with customers over the phone * Will be computer literate including the use of excel * Will be able to multitask and prioritise workload * Will have a proactive and self-motivated attitude to work
