This is a permanent role within a dynamic and busy team of friendly administrators jointly supporting Independent Financial Planners with both new and existing business processing and administration.

Core accountabilities will involve: providing full administrative back up to wholly Independent Financial Advisers with all new and exiting pensions and investment business. You will obtain new business illustrations, create comparisons and existing business valuations. This will involve regular contact with product providers and fund managers via telephone, email and by accessing various platforms. Working closely with the wider team, you will be responsible for actioning fund switches, setting up and placing new business and making all required changes to existing portfolios, whilst keeping clients and colleagues fully updated along the way in a strong team environment.
