Remain up to date on all relevant external regulatory requirements
Handling of any escalated enquiries and complaints

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential: Strong CASS knowledge, in particular CASS 6 and 7. Proven previous management experience. In depth Financial Services experience. Good understanding of investment products and wrap platforms. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent drive with the ability to work under own initiative. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) or equivalent industry recognised qualification.
