The successful candidate will have proven administration skills within a Production environment and a sound working knowledge of Excel & Word. Ideally experienced in analysing and interpreting numbers you will enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
Supporting the department Administrators within Purchasing and Production with the deliveries / logistics, including placing and chasing orders and updating the internal system.
You will be working in collaboration with other key business stakeholders to support the delivery of products to time frames and liaising with external manufacturers.
Key Duties for the Administrator - Production & Planning
Working with the Department Administrators to manage and place orders: keeping records up to date, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, placing and chasing internal orders
Conducting print stock checks, placing and chasing print orders
Working with the Purchasing Administrators to manage stock: maintaining stock status on systems, placing purchasing orders onto internal systems
Producing calculations: conducting stock checks, liaising with internal and external manufacturers
Other Information:
Monday to Friday. The start and finish times are flexible between 8am - 9am and 4.30pm - 5.30pm

Solid Administration background - ideally with experience in Planning, Stock, Production, Distribution / Logistics Experience of using numerical skills within previous work IT competent Excellent planning skills and the ability to respond to time frames and deadlines Be highly organised in managing own workload Able to adapt to change at short notice Proactive and detail orientated with a flexible attitude Basic reporting skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal
