Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to support the Contracts manager in their role and to take the administration for the department.

Listed below are of some of the general daily duties within the role:

  • Supporting the contracts manager,
  • Filing and keeping of paperwork,
  • Recording all work done from enquires to completed jobs,
  • To help within the projects side with the administration ie filing and record-keeping,
  • Compiling lists for jobs of what needs to be purchased and sourced.

As you can see the construction side of this role is apparent so someone that has worked within the construction industry before would be ideal.

A generous salary of £22.000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
