This is a challenging and demanding role within our support services. The Administrator will be responsible for the administrative and clerical support to members of the service staff, co-ordinating and supporting the day-to-day administration functions as such is key to the success of the support we provide.
Working closely with the Service Manager and Team Facilitators to support with the service administration requirements and logistical functions of individual services, such as rota development, handling the administration function of some databases and local and organisational processes.
About You
The successful candidate should have experience in the below:
• Experience in using a variety of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Proficient keyboard skills as well as working knowledge of rota systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and organisational skills
• Proven experience working in administration and a sound understanding of the support requirements involved in providing a professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable and proficient in working under pressure, multitasking to tight deadlines and managing time-lined priorities efficiently
• Attention to detail is a key requirement as you will have oversight of many key staff operational processes: absence, training and keeping staff records up to date.
