The role is mainly office based however may involve delivering goods out to customers occasionally.
Process customer returns, ensuring the customer receives a credit and the stock is returned to the correct department.
Able to work to deadlines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent Excel for reporting purposes, and able to take data from existing spreasheets as well as the CRM system and merge into a report. Experience with a CRM system is essential. The role would be office based (Covid 19 protocols are in place).
