As an administrator you will be responsible for the following key duties:
* Supporting a customer service team with all round administration
* Use a specialist database to input data and work through a report of customer information
* Proofreading of documents and raising any discrepancies
* Managing an internal Inbox / all emails
* Managing both the internal and external post
* Uploading highly important information onto the internal system
* Typing and sending of important / legal documents
* Liaising with third parties to manage customers needs
* Scanning filing and faxing
