This person will be managing in the region of 50 vacancies at any one time. They will look after the blue-collar operational positions so experience in this area would be beneficial. Ideally, we'd be looking for a Resourcer who has looked after a temp desk.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of internal/in-house recruitment and on-boarding processes Applicant Tracking and HR Systems Microsoft applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook A confident communicator with excellent telephone skills. Ability to prioritise workloads effectively, ideally with experience of volume on boarding Positive and friendly, with the ability to work well equally as part of a team or independently
