Job Description

We are looking for a Membership Venues and Events Assistant to join our dynamic Supporter Engagement Team. The post holder will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and booking venues across Yorkshire to support our passionate Wildlife Supporter Officers team to undertake the face-to-face recruitment of new members for Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. This role will also include developing, facilitating and supporting the delivery of high-quality membership acquisition events as well as provide comprehensive administrative support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must have a good understanding of supporter care as well as experience of working across teams and departments to build relationships and deliver objectives. You must be able to process a high volume of data, effectively priorities and have excellent attention to detail. You must be able to work independently as well as a team.
