Job Description

The ideal candidate should be hard working, show initiative and be self-motivated.

To be a successful candidate you should be reliable, approachable and have a willingness to learn the role. You will be expected to liaise with Directors, Managers, all other staff and clients, as well as being a natural team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The candidate also needs to be able to drive, so they can go to our offsite storage facility.

Duties/Responsibilities

As an Administrator you will be working closely with the Assistant to Directors to assist in providing complete and efficient administration support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The workload will consist of PA duties (diary management and general administration support to Directors), Reception duties (Answering telephone and greeting clients), Typing correspondence, Preparing client accounts, Dealing with incoming mail, Filing/archiving and Invoicing clients.

Our office is based in Thorpe Park Leeds, near Crossgates and Garforth. Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch, we offer a standard 37.5 hour week.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IT Literate: Knowledge of Word/Excel. Previous office experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are essential.
