Management Accountant- Permanent- up to £40,000 plus benefits i.e. Study Support for ACCA/CIMA

Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Our client, a thriving business rising through their market,is actively looking to source a driven and resourceful candidate to bolster the team and aid in taking them to the next level. The chosen applicant will be ACCA/CIMA part qualified and have relevant experience from a similar role.

Key responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Full commercial analysis of the Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.
- Full monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts including intercompany.
- Finance owner of the ERP system to ensure that the system is used to its full potential. - - Identify possible system enhancements.
- Accounts Payable Finance lead including UK and non-UK payments.
- Verify and approve Project handovers including credit limits, in conjunction with the Finance Director and Senior Credit Controller.
- Annual plan, 3 year plan and quarterly reforecasting in conjunction with the Finance Director.
- Continuous focus on improving controls and processes to increase our return on capital.
- Assist our external auditors in the production of our annual statutory accounts.
- VAT and other regulatory reporting.
- SQL reporting from the ERP database.
