Job Description

This new role will ensure the digital learning platform is administered effectively and its capability is fully utilized. You will administer and maintain learning records and work with stakeholders maximize compliance levels.

You'll proactively market and promote Training and Development content across the team to maximize engagement in digital learning.

You'll look after the Learning Management System and influence ways to increase LMS use, championing end-users and serving as the first line of customer support for staff. You will assist with troubleshooting, problem solving, and user education on system functionality

You'll manage learner records of globally based users using Excel and LMS account maintenance tools. You will create, run, and distribute user, training, standard and custom reports and dashboards on a regular and ad-hoc basis

You'll also get involved in helping the digital learning team develop content and design learning material. We'll need you to pro-actively manage the learning inbox and provide accurate and timely learning completion reports.
