Job Description

A reputable and high performing regional firm based in Leeds is seeking an administrator to join their successful debt recovery department.

Working under the direction of the senior debt recovery team you will;

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and talking to clients about their financial situation
  • Support the team in the delivery of debt recovery processing including issuing claims and obtaining judgment
  • Support colleagues in the delivery of relevant methods of enforcement as necessary
  • Assist in the timely and efficient collection of arrears

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills within the Legal field.

Salary will be circa £16,000 DOE

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience handling legal debt recovery files is desirable although not essential. Experience working within a customer service role. You will have good IT skills with the ability to priorities a varied workload and to work to and meet deadlines.
