We are looking for a motivated individual to join the customer delivery team. Your role will be to assist with the administration of customer data on both savings and mortgage accounts. The role will involve working closely as a team and individually to deal with customer requests on their accounts.
Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibility is to manage, control and collate accurate customer data, records and documentation to support and service their savings or mortgage product from an account perspective. This could involve updating out internal systems, sending and requesting documentation as well as contacting customers should the need arise. You will also support internal departments with information requests whilst sharing your expertise, knowledge and experience with the wider team.
