The primary function of the Compliance Administrators is to work within a team environment and be responsible for ensuring that candidates put forward are compliant to the client's background screening requirements, to carry out specific checks and ensure that screening is complete within strict SLA's.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Carry out screening checks that fall in to work allocation pool
Conduct reference checks for candidates and speak to external companies to ensure references fit within compliance standards.
Alert management team of any adverse findings within candidate cases
Ensure all work is completed within client SLA's and escalate any areas of non-compliance
Become a super user on the Autologyx Screening Platform, ensuring full use of automated functionality.
Ensure own activity demonstrates company values and standards
Adopt & demonstrate the company's core values in the delivery of a customer-focused service.
