The role will be a mixture of home working and working from the office.
You will part of a dedicated functional and technical team that will be managing the new system. The role of CSA includes helping to stabilise and optimise the build and functionality of the new system, incident management, quarterly release management and co-ordinating and delivering end-user support and training.
Reporting to the Core Systems Optimisation Lead, the Core Systems Administrator will be responsible for delivering a range of general administrative duties to support the team including committee servicing, support for systems upgrades, assisting with updates to web pages and training content, and triaging incoming work. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of administration in an education, or an IT, HR or Finance customer services environment; Educated to A level standard with a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent; Proficient use of administrative and information software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and the ability to quickly learn to use new applications; Proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders courteously, diplomatically and confidentially; Ability to work effectively and cohesively as part of a team and independently as required; Excellent communication and inter-personal skills including: A clear and confident written and verbal communication style with appropriate attention to detail; Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships.
