Job Description

These roles are to start immediately and for the right candidates the roles will become permanent.

Hours: Mon - Sat 8-5pm with Sunday off or Sunday and 1 day in the week off

Pay£8.72 per hour (18-20k per annum when permanent)

Answering telephone calls in a professional manner

Making outbound calls to arrange deliveries with customers

Effectively dealing with orders and queries

Addressing customer issues/complaints immediately and resolving to full satisfaction of the customer


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Call centre experience preferable Excellent customer service skills Excellent telephone manner Good communicator at all levels with the ability to negotiate IT literate (including MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Very good organisational skills Accuracy, attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
