The key part of this role is to ensure that the legal support team meets the demands of their stakeholders. You will drive a client-focused service working closely with your team to deliver administrative solutions.
The heart of this role will be people management. This role will be managing up to 30 support staff. You will manage performance, appraisals and reviews and also be pivotal in the on boarding process. You will identify training needs and take responsibility for pastoral care. There will be a real focus on ensuring that the teams work seamlessly building strong relationships with stakeholders and taking an active role within recruitment and selection. You will in addition provide management information reporting and assist with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. This role is ideal for a real solution seeker who can identify and solve problems in a strategic manner. You will encourage collaboration and a client centric ethos.
Alongside the above you will deal with all compliance and encourage and drive engagement in company initiatives and leading on company projects.
