Job Description

I am currently looking for an Administrator to join a Legal Company based in Leeds City Centre on a permanent basis.

The role would be working within their debt management department and the purpose of the position would be to provide full administrative support.

No experience would be required and full training would be provided!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with clients to establish their financial situation and come to a reasonable solution
  • Issuing claims and obtaining judgment
  • Managing the accounting records
  • Assisting in individual work in progress aged debt and disbursements targets in line with departmental protocols
  • Processing arrears on the system
  • Assisting with any other administrative duties for other departments when required
  • Ensuring the cost effective collection of debt
  • Updating the systems and working on Excel to maintain records
  • Dealing with my post coming into the business
  • General Administrative duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An excellent work ethic and passionate in terms of securing a role within the Legal Industry. Excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. A keen eye for detail with excellent organization skills. Confident communicator over the telephone and in person. IT Literate and confident in all Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Able to priorities effectively and efficiently. The ability to work towards strict deadlines and targets.
