Job Description

Due to continued business growth we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Photography Admin Assistant to join our team - this role will play a key part in ensuring the efficient workflow of the photography department on a day to day basis.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Asset Assessment
  • Efficient scheduling of products in order to maximize productivity and work flow
  • Liaising with the warehouse for stock movement
  • Liaising with Merchandisers to ensure priority products are scheduled accordingly
  • Product preparation – Unpacking for photography and repacking to ensure the product can be returned to warehouse.
  • Dimensioning of new products for shipment and system purposes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent time management and prioritizing skills. Highly efficient with excellent attention to detail. Great interpersonal skills, ability to liaise within a variety of teams. Ability to work as a team and autonomously. Proactive, positive, enthusiastic; demonstrates ‘can do’ attitude. Computer literacy – MS Outlook, Excel, Word. Ability to be flexible.
