Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:
The role will involve supporting the Accounts Department with generalist administration support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entering good receipt notes (GRNs) onto COINS
Matching invoices with GRNs
Entering invoices onto COINS
Working with procurement to resolve queries which may arise when entering GRNs
Retrieving and scanning invoices to help with year- end audit
Dealing with supplier queries
Answering the telephone
Filing
Other admin duties required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience Being available to commence employment immediately on a temporary contract Ideally COINS experience but not essential
