Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:
The role will involve supporting the Accounts Department with generalist administration support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entering good receipt notes (GRNs) onto COINS
  • Matching invoices with GRNs
  • Entering invoices onto COINS
  • Working with procurement to resolve queries which may arise when entering GRNs
  • Retrieving and scanning invoices to help with year- end audit
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing
  • Other admin duties required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration experience Being available to commence employment immediately on a temporary contract Ideally COINS experience but not essential
