The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Recording and communication of booking in with customers
- Maintain excellent Customer Service
- Email confirmation of haulier rates
- Confirmation of loads
- Ensure customer queries which are dealt with by booking in staff are handled in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Ensure all ISO requirements are fully satisfied (in so far as they impact administration)
- Other administrative tasks as determined from time to time by the Transport Planning Team Leader
