This is a hugely exciting opportunity to lead a programme which works with people with lived experience of multiple and complex needs in order to influence systems change.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the service is in line with contractual requirements, the organisation’s Vision and Values, Policy and Procedures, and any relevant legal requirements. Duties include working with a range of public, private and voluntary sector agencies to identify opportunities to engage and use their lived experience. You will provide day to day management of Engagement Development workers and a part-time Administrator. You will be required to monitor and manage resources within the agreed budget while ensuring value for money at all times.
