Job Description

The responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Offer efficient administration surrounding all recruitment including processing applications
  • Response to speculative applications in a timely manner
  • Administering the offer and on-boarding process for all levels of roles across the business including set up on relevant HR databases
  • Managing online recruitment systems as well as the recruitment inbox
  • Updating the vacancy spreadsheet and processing vacancies in a prompt manner
  • Booking meeting rooms for meetings and interviews as well as liaison with candidates, external agencies and line managers
  • Ad hoc administrative support for the entire recruitment team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High attention to detail and pride in accurate work Self-motivated and an excellent team player Exceptional levels of communication skills both written and verbal Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience within a corporate recruitment environment
