Offer efficient administration surrounding all recruitment including processing applications
Response to speculative applications in a timely manner
Administering the offer and on-boarding process for all levels of roles across the business including set up on relevant HR databases
Managing online recruitment systems as well as the recruitment inbox
Updating the vacancy spreadsheet and processing vacancies in a prompt manner
Booking meeting rooms for meetings and interviews as well as liaison with candidates, external agencies and line managers
Ad hoc administrative support for the entire recruitment team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High attention to detail and pride in accurate work Self-motivated and an excellent team player Exceptional levels of communication skills both written and verbal Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience within a corporate recruitment environment
