As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for providing support to the Pension Managers by allocating the daily work load, completing appraisals and one to ones, providing training and guidance to new and junior members of the team and complete cradle to grave administration on Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution Pension schemes (depending on your experience). It is essential you have previous experience at the Senior Pensions Administrator level.
