Job Description

Our reputable client based near Hebden Bridge require a Quotations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will require you to deliver high quality quotations for new equipment and installations for key account customers and / or large project activity.

This will involve:

• Creating quotes for existing clients or for new tenders including direct costs and sub-contracted specialist services.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to help maximize quote conversion rates
• Building quotes based on the needs of the equipment field sales specialists
• Acting as first port of call for all correspondence and communication for both existing and new customers in relation to quotations.
• Understanding of the latest legislation and full compliance with the company H&S and compliance policy
• Resolving any customer queries or complaints.
