This is a position that can offer an experienced Administrator the opportunity to join a company who have grown significantly over the past 60 years to become the strategic supplier of choice for highly complex and integrated systems for distribution and control of electrical energy and other processes.
This is a versatile where you be a key cog in the wheel in ensuring that the administration between teams on-site and other areas of the business, is processed correctly and to a high standard.
Your role will include:
– Arranging travel and accommodation arrangements for field engineers and other staff members, including VISA applications, processing expenses and having main control of business vehicle allocations
– Liaising with accounts monthly job closures, creating and submitting invoices and further supporting documentation that may be required; scheduling and acknowledging receipt of third party invoicing (supplier and contractor)
– Liaising with all areas of the business and completing administration tasks which will support both the After Sales Service team and Spares, Repairs & Warranty team.
