Financial accountant within real estate development

Your new company
You will be working for a growing real estate developer and investor based in the West End. The business has established itself as a well trusted real estate business which commits to supporting local communities and providing sustainable infrastructure. They are looking to bring on an interim financial accountant for a 6 month contract.

Your new role
You will be supporting the Finance Director with the preparation of the 2019 financial statements. This will involved taking ownership of the UK entities and producing these accounts under IFRS. You will also be responsible for any ad hoc technical support for the wider finance function.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be fully qualified accountant with experience preparing statutory accounts under IFRS. You will have ideally had exposure to IFRS 15, 16 and 9 and feel comfortable taking ownership of the accounts.
