Due to continued success and growth we are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join our team. Working in a fast-paced operations environment, the Customer Services Administrator provides comprehensive and proactive support to customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Effective communication, developing positive working relationships and undertaking general administration duties are paramount to this role.
Duties Include:
Answering telephone and email enquiries promptly and efficiently
Maintaining the Customer Services email inbox
Ordering parts
Raising purchase orders
Producing Risk and Method Statements
Chasing purchase orders and awaiting orders
Chasing awaiting parts
Allocating jobs and updating engineer diaries
Providing day to day support to field-based Engineers
Co-ordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance
Booking hire vehicles for engineers when needed and updating spreadsheet
Maintaining vehicle records for Congestion Charge, Dartford, Ringo and PaybyPhone
Booking hotel accommodation for engineers when needed
Processing engineer timesheets to meet payroll deadlines
Drafting Customer Services processes
Supporting other parts of the business on an ad-hoc basis as directed by senior management
Other duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum 2 years operations or customer services expereince is preferred but noot essential as full trainign is provided, however the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills/attributes: - High level of literacy Clear and confident communicator Pro-active approach Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities Well organised and methodical Punctual and reliable Works well under pressure
