Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administrator who will thrive in an office based environment within the utilities sector.

Key responsibilities 

  • Liaising with engineers and internal departments 
  • Processing works requests on an internal system, ensuring accuracy 
  • Providing updates to the system as work is started and completed 
  • Maintaining filing systems and related documentation 
  • Liaising with contractors and third parties over the phone and via email 
  • To create and run weekly and monthly reports
  • General administration as required using MS Office


Key skills

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Time Management.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Team player.
  • Experience in working in a fast paced environment.
