Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administrator who will thrive in an office based environment within the utilities sector.
Key responsibilities
Liaising with engineers and internal departments
Processing works requests on an internal system, ensuring accuracy
Providing updates to the system as work is started and completed
Maintaining filing systems and related documentation
Liaising with contractors and third parties over the phone and via email
To create and run weekly and monthly reports
General administration as required using MS Office
Key skills
Previous administrative experience.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbally.
Strong attention to detail.
Time Management.
Confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Team player.
Experience in working in a fast paced environment.
