Producing letters and employment documents such as contracts of employment, reference letters for current and past employees, assignment agreements and job change letters.
On-boarding administration which includes providing information to managers, sending out starter announcements, setting up and delivering welcome meetings.
Updating the HR employee database with all new starter and leaver information and any changes with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Administering the leaver process.
Promoting and maintaining the HR policies, including parental leave, absence, annual leave and assignment policies.
Posting relevant information to the HR content on the company’s intranet.
Organising and meticulously maintaining the personnel files, electronic and paper filing systems for the HR department.
Conducting checks for the monthly HR payroll administration process.
Other ad hoc tasks to support the HR team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Reliable, organised, diligent with a good eye for detail. Flexible, adaptable and able to manage several tasks at once. Experience operating in a fast paced environment Approachable, friendly, willing, a team player and possesses an excellent telephone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proactive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to pick up things quickly A good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. CIPD Qualified or Studier (level 3 or above) Experience in supporting transformation / TUPE programmes would be ideal
