Job Description
Our reputable client based near Hebden Bridge require an experienced Sales and Installations Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Following a quote acceptance by a customer you will be responsible for managing all support and services through to installation completion. To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction you will be:
Responsible for the planning and coordinating activities to supporting the Engineering Team Leader to ensuring delivery of products.
Courtesy follow up calls to ensure customer expectations are always being delivered, including regular customer updates regarding outstanding tasks.
Responsible for sending all relevant installation documents to a client upon final installation.
Generating Purchase Orders for sub-contracted services.
Matching Purchase Order values to invoices.
Ensure all associated costs are correct prior to raising any customer invoice.
