Due to workload we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a City Centre firm of solicitors within their busy team. Assisting with administration and telephone calls relating to debt recovery.
Management of administration and tasks within the case management system linked to collecting outstanding arrears from clients
Liaising with legal teams, mortgage companies, banks, and debtors
Corresponding with third parties, clients and opposing solicitors to secure settlements
Creating letters tailored to the client's individual needs and sending out documentation to third parties and following up with telephone calls
Updating and maintaining the firm's case management system
Conducting various and relevant compliance checks on individuals and companies and to be aware of when to alert the Head of Team to an adverse result
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have administration and customer service experience ideally within a legal, banking or recoveries environment (not essential) Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with clients at all levels Excellent use of MS office including word and excel Use of case management systems however this is not essential The ability to work both in the office and from home
