Processing orders from start to finish
Meet customer deadlines on submissions
Help with the Retail Website
Help with Social media
Support our agents who are on the road selling
Hospitality, greeting, welcoming & assisting visitors when required.
Assist New Customer enquiries, liaise & support with Agents and Sales with new accounts.
Help Manage Trade Website when required
Liaise with our warehouse
Process general independent orders, on occasion as back up.
Orders to be scanned and sent to Agents for processing on to Sales-Pak.
General Administration.
Arrange deliveries & pickup via UPS.
Organise external meetings / internal meetings when required
Send confirmations and product information to customers.
Manage Customer request, trade website logins, post brochures.
Help on trade show when required on samples
Maintain the Customer Data base.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work Experience and Education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintain a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry our assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routine, and standards accepted practices. Must possess GCSE (or equivalent) grade C of higher in Mathematics & English Language as a minimum.
