Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for 2 full time Administration Assistants to join the Team at the Huddersfield County Courts with our client, The Ministry of Justice. You will be carrying out effective and efficient administration support to the courts.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the Judiciary with remote hearings within the court site
Marshalling and ensuring that members of the public are adhering to social distancing
Providing administration support to the team
Using spreadsheets and in-house programmes to prepare Judges lists
Answering telephone queries and completing clerical duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent sickness record Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to work under pressure Ability to multitask Quick learner Must be comfortable with high volume repetitive work Good attention to detail due to the nature of work Must be confident using IT equipment
