Job Description

The successful candidate will have a combined skill set of Accounting and Finance systems. We are looking for an analytically minded person with great attention to detail, who has a good understanding of business processes and systems.

A solid understanding of financial processes with experience of implementing and administering necessary controls to ensure integrity and accuracy of data.

Be the 'go to' person for NetSuite ERP system, to include:

+ Maintaining, project managing, troubleshooting and improving Netsuite to meet the business requirements
+ Initial point of contact for any NetSuite related issues,
+ Provide support and training of end users
+ Creation and maintenance of NetSuite workflows and dashboards
+ Leading / overseeing elements such as; report generation, saved searches, work-flows, customisation and Implementation

Work with senior management to develop the system for future growth while maintaining efficient and effective performance.

This is very much a role that will continue the development of the newly implemented ERP package within the business, so ideally the Systems Accountant will have experience of embedding new systems and supporting users with their competency with the software.

The ideal person:

+ A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA,ACCA,ACA) will be preferable
+ A project management qualification is preferable (e.g. PRINCE2, Six Sigma)
+ Previous experience of implementing a system within an organisation
+ Previous experience within the construction sector preferable but not essential
