As an Administrator within the National Sales Team , you will:
Support the Sales and Design Team by calling customers to confirm receipt of quotation and secure an appointment to secure order.
Update internal software with detail of calls.
Book in and distribute enquiries.
Assist Area Technical Managers managers diaries.
Aftercare calls to customers who have recently received product.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent administration skills, especially accuracy with figures. Good market and product knowledge, though training can be provided. The ability to work under pressure and have a flexible approach. A dedicated attitude to consistently provide excellent customer service. A methodical, well organised approach to everything you do.
