Job Description

Your role will be to provide professional administrator support whilst thriving working in a team.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

-Preparing documentation such as application forms

-Distributing incoming mail

-Dealing with telephone enquiries

-General administration work to support the team to achieve an end goal

This position is a 6 month contract, working hours are 8.30 -4.30/9.30-5, 4 days a week


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As the ideal candidate you will have a professional approach with both your colleagues and business customers, have excellent communication skills, be confident using MS office and preferably SAP, thrive working in a busy and challenging role and you will also need to be self-motivated to work efficiently. Importantly, it is essential that you want to contribute to making the working environment enjoyable with having enthusiasm and drive.
