Working within our Customer Service team dealing with enquiries
Provide ongoing admin support to the sales team
To quickly grasp and understand the Sales procedures including all aspects of the niche market we operate in and to absorb a full understanding of our services and how they are delivered.
Create service plans (maps) as part of the pre-sales process as directed.
Must operate all activity on bespoke software systems, training will be provided
Provide critical and timely administration support as required to the wider business
Ensure quality control of all information being imputed into the system

Based in Leatherhead
£18,000 - £20,000
22 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays
37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have organisational skills, strong administration skills and be responsive to clients' requests. Ability to multitask and deliver results Must have good IT skills (Strong Word and Excel). Self-starter, reliable, professional, first class administration skills with high energy and enthusiasm. An excellent communicator, good team player Must possess exceptional accuracy skills Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment
