The ideal candidate will be organised, bright, discreet as they will be dealing with confidential information, extremely flexible with a helpful approach with excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Hours are either 8.30-5.00 or 9.00 till 5.30.
Duties will include
- Providing PA support to the MD such as monitoring and filtering emails
- Answering his calls and taking messages
- Booking flights, taxis and hotels for home and abroad
- Managing the administration for a client account on the customer service side
- Taking orders
- Putting reports together
- Generally assisting the customer service team during busy times
Salary is up to £29k dep on experience
