This role will be to support with all administrative tasks within a logistics environment. This will also include liaising and communicating with other departments such as fulfilment, dispatch, customer service and client support.
The successful candidate will be intermediate to advanced on MS office packages including Word and Excel.
This role will require a candidate who is flexible with regards to busy periods by supporting other departments, overtime is available and paid at time and a half.
Full training on an inhouse bespoke system will be provided and there is parking on site.
Duties will include
-Data Entry (On bespoke systems and Excel Spreadsheets)
-Administration
-Supporting with Health and Safety checks
-Supporting with training and new starter forms
- Co-ordinating delivery schedules
