Job Description

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Dealing with general enquiries in relation to the Help to Buy products
  • Taking ownership of all queries and updating customers on the progress
  • Assessing all Help to Buy and low cost home ownership applications
  • Determining applicant’s eligibility according to the organisation's and national policies
  • Processing applications on the HCA's Investment Management System
  • Progressing sales ensuring that the service provided to customers and house builders remains within the requirements of the Local Help to Buy Agency contract

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of administration from within a customer service environment ideally housing sector, financial services or utilities Experience of working to targets/KPIs, with minimal supervision Some experience of working from home and with the appropriate home set-up to work effectively – IT equipment is available or personal equipment can be used A positive, can-do attitude, with resilience to work at pace and a desire to learn quickly are key attributes If successful in the role, you will be subject to a basic DBS check
