Key Responsibilities of the Operational Finance Director

• Monitor balance-sheet of the division, and deliver budgets and forecasts

• Analyse the financial status and explain differences between the financial results compared to the budget and to the previous year

• Perform analyses and suggest concrete actions to Executives, aiming to improve the profitability as well as value creation

• Business Partner with Operational Managers and converse results of operations relative to the budget, pricing structure and promotion periods

• Manage the collection and cash outflow to optimise the cash flows of the company

• Prepare the monthly internal financial statements and the annual audited financial statements, and efficiently manage the accounting cycle in line with Group and IFRS policies

• Monitor the CAPEX and the capital dispositions with the operations

• Implement and maintain financial models to ensure sound financial projections
